Pledging Their Commitment

Let your employees know that your organization cherishes a commitment to excellence. Write a “Committed to Excellence” pledge on poster board and have employees sign their names to it. For a month, hand out a “Committed To Excellence” Appreciation Pen when you see excellence in action. At the end of the month, give everyone a “Committed To Excellence” Lanyard to wear as a reminder.
